After 13 successful years, Ashwani Shroff expanded with outlets in Defense Colony and Punjabi Bagh, later taking Moti Mahal global through the 2005 Franchise India exhibition.

In 2006, Moti Mahal expanded internationally to Abu Dhabi, Dubai, London, Kuwait, and more, while also growing in India with outlets in Chandigarh, Bangalore, and Delhi. In 2016, Ashwani Shroff stepped away from the business, embracing a balanced life that prioritized personal well-being alongside his professional success.

The Spicy Story of Spicy Triangle

In 2019, Ashwani Shroff launched Spicy Triangle at DLF Promenade, Delhi, redefining Indian flavors. His journey from Moti Mahal Delux to Spicy Triangle reflects his passion, innovation, and dedication to culinary excellence.
